Order space is everywhere.

The crux of the matter is the lack of Nomad players.

Not ZoI. Order ID'd players can go anywhere with any ship up to Gunboats, and Order| ID'd players can go anywhere with anything. But as of late there's no massive fleets, there's no random Nomad base appearing. Quite honestly there's been no Nomads.

We're like Bretonia/Liberty. We're suffering activity wise because we just don't have our major enemy on regularly. It has nothing to do with ZoI Bindo, again.

We need more Nomads to do our job, but we can't. Honestly, Core doesn't even log super regularly. We can't just shoot random people, that BS is for real terrorists
