Below you will find the detailed report from my patrol in the east, north eastern sectors of Roussillon system:
Name:Sergent Etienne Savoie Subject:Reporting success - Housecleaning (Category 0 Encounter) Content:I began my regular patrol of Roussillon perimeter starting from Le Boulou Outpost toward sector 6F, Elne et Perpignan Spaceport where I picked up an unknown vessel on scanners bearing callsign "Anubys"; a Pelican class armoured transport.
I ordered the vessel to halt et prepare for inspection. The ship was bearing what appeared to be a Navy IFF without the corresponding transponder, not an issue but further scan revealed significant units of Beryllium ore which rose my suspicion.
After further questioning it was revealed that the pilot must have drifted into the system by means of Newcastle et had absolutely no idea where he was; a further red flag considering the IFF & transponder of this vessel.
I have also included a partial audio log of this encounter that I believe falls under IV./§2 of Roussillon Codex.
I understand that Category 0s normally are not priority but it is better to do everything we can not to compromise the safety of Roussillon.
I escorted the ship out of the system and followed deletion protocol of flight data. No fines were issued. I set course for Battleship Pamiers et concluded my patrol there.
