==================== RULE: House Controlled Space/Outer Regional Space
- House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may enforce roleplay consequences upon any players and factions found breaking House Laws within Outer Regional Space, only if they are personally there to witness to the legal infraction while uncloaked and equipped with a House Military, Police, or Intelligence faction ID. QUESTION: To add quite similar problem to what Yber posted (which is problem of inability to make roleplay consequencies for faction indies, or technically even own faction players, for infractions commited outside of faction´s ZOI) - according to current rules, official factions can´t make roleplay consquencies for their indies or even their own faction members for infractions made even in their own House Controlled Space or Outer Regional Space. For example if some RFP indie or even RFP| member will harass a trader in Koeln or Omega-7, which are systems where Rheinland laws apply inRP, and trader will complain to the RFP| leadership, we can make no roleplay consequencies because of above mentioned rule (because of it only reports made by law enforcer which was present the infraction counts, but reports of the victim of harrasing law enforcer does not count). ==================== ADMIN/MOD ANSWER:(Leave blank for Admin/Mod comment)
