Jack is 100% right regarding police factions. Not to mention what @Laura C. already explained.

Regarding the fact that Pavel was caught in Rheinland recently a few times, yeah, his two proposals for nerf of TLAGSNET and the mine launcher for P-Train are obvious.
Sorry @Pavel , but how about you try to rename your ships, and not use lanes that often in house space?

@Croft TLAG and NoDock are not as strong as it sounds like.

Yes, you can see cargo and weapon loadout.
Yes, you can see the coordinates where a jumpgate is being exited or entered.
Yes, /nodock gives official police factions the ability to mess up your escape before the police can make a demand to not dock.

No, you cannot scan which ID is used on the scanned ship
No, you cannot see which lane exactly the ship has entered. (e.g. entering a lane at New Berlin D-3 near Dortmund gives you three choices where the ship might head to)
No, scans from TLAGSNET are not meant to be used as evidence against a smuggler if you did not get a visual scan.
No, /nodock does not prevent a ship from docking which already has engaged docking sequence, i.e. the hook message for docking
