Initially, its symbolic name mainly indicates a brave agent that died in a significant operation against the Nomads in 802 A.S. - Agent Palmira Fischer - Mother of Colonel Eliza Isabella Fischer. She expresses equal characteristics as her mother. Therefore, the vessel is serving as Colonel's flagship, safeguarding Order's homeworld. High focus towards gathering sufficient resources to construct capital ships is imperative nowadays, as hostile forces are developing their influence in the Omicrons.
