Of course, if either of these ships have other problems, such as mounting the wrong ID, tagged with the wrong faction, mounting oorp equipment, or attacking the wrong people...it is a demonstation of poor RP, and will either be sanctioned or the person will be continuously attacked until he/she sells the ship.
