The >SEI<[intell] core formally request to be aloud to have a permanently stationed officer in liberty space, We offer our serves to liberty in the defense against pirates and for the betterment of relations between Rheinland and liberty, We also offer to share what intell we have upon gathering it future threats to liberty from our common enemy factions, in return for this we ask to be aloud access to all of liberty space bar guard systems and restricted zones, for the purpose of protecting rheinland vessels as well as any others that may be in need,
