As much as your good gestures are appreciated and your aims at promotion of safety throughout our two houses are noble, I have unfortunately heard that your actions have caused some problems within our space. Such as one of your men refusing to leave the sector and also trying to evade arrest, to which response our pilots had to cripple their vessel before sending them back to you. Given your current 'track-record' the Republic and the Naval High Command are not currently of the mindset to give your ships and intelligence operatives free passage into Liberty.
I'm afraid the stance on this matter will not be changing any time soon, good luck and best of wishes.
