Attention All Outcasts

We started talking about something similar a while ago, judging from how the OC regulations go, we may implement something similar.

As a Corsair, I understand what the Outcasts are going through, it really is disgusting how many people fly capital ships without a single reason to. They sit there in their battleship, thinking they're the cock of the walk, suddenly ordering people around (not even in RP, stuff like "nub listen to what i say or i kill you")...

That being said, I think the current regulations are a bit harsh.
What would be better is, all capital ships are allowed.
If a capital ship captain is deemed to be orrp/being an ass whatever, the factions decide, whether this guy's ship should be taken away or not? Little voting maybe, then inform the capship captain, they need to shape up or lose the ship, and make em post a page.

It's friendlier that way, you give people a chance to 'act good' before you get the stick out..

That might work pretty well, but if its obvious from conversation that they just don't care then just kill them.


@Akumabito: nothing comes to mind right now, but I assure you that having a battleship stationed outside Malta not say anything when addressed repeatedly is at the least distasteful and at the most ooRP, but perfectly legal. And no, they were not AFK, they shot up BHG whenever they got close. Just no talking, nothing.

Also, there is little need for everything to be set in stone: from your short time here, I have seen you picking on keeping things VERY objective, which while understandable simply doesn't work. There IS no absolute test for RP, and there really can't be. I trust the leaders of these factions to make the right decisions, if you don't trust them then you are entitled to that. However, don't expect much response from trying to make it objective since that's impossible. Well, a border is impossible, but you can find examples of universally agreeable good and bad and develop your own sense of it- which everyone here has, whether they know it or not.
