even if your good intentions might be true, the Liberty Navy cannot allow access to restricted zones, nor share any important, strategic or tactical information to anyone but the pilots - and especially the high ranked pilots of the Liberty Navy itself.

It is a matter of caution, to keep such permissions and information limited, in order to prevent anyone, who is up to no good; may it be criminals, traitors or enemies, from receiving and using said permissions and informations, as well as from causing harm to the internal and external affairs within and outside of Liberty.
Especially since not much is known about you and the >SEI<[intell] core, it would be welcomed, if you could send a link of visual evidence about your standing/reputation/affairs to other houses, factions and organizations, as well as a summary of an explanation about your organization, including the members of your organization, the goals and reasons of your orginization, as well as the used equipment, weapons and other technical information.

Besides that, I recommend contacting the Fleet Admiral of the Primary Fleet [LN], Alan Jones, as well as the Secretary of State for Internal Affairs, Boris Livingstone.
