I have not read all as this is a huge disgusting monster. I also may be known as one of the outspoken of "capship rights" or just a capwhore by some out there.

The points I wanted to bring to light is I see no cap ship plague. Most of the ooRP I see comes from traders who get thier sock sanctioned off and ussually learn by the time they hit thier first cap. That being said there are some hard rocks out there.

A cap may be the most defended possible platform to ooRP from but it is also the most laden with sanctionable threat. While bombers can attack ANYONE and do more damage than ANYTHING in the game, thus giveing those who want thier top gun experience more room for non sanctionable ooRP.

Limit bombers. Every faction has like a dozen and uses them primarily, along with every faction has supernova on almost every bomber they have. I think it is suspect and convienently overlooked that bombers from the poorest of the poor(Xenos) to the richest of rich(Outcast) have the same Order state of the art weaponary.

I think if this idea were fair it would not be so class focused. While caps are constantly under the micro scope the bomber slips and slides where ever anyone wants it.

Lets beaware of the inverse machismo of the smaller the ship the bigger the........RPer.
