I cannot agree more with @Zephyranthes' post above. The same attitude of apathy and constantly sweeping stuff under the rug is exactly the kind of weak-kneed attitude that has allowed problems like these to become almost endemic. Each and every one of you calling for things to be "defused" or otherwise subject to calming measures is a shining example of how people who have nothing meaningful to contribute other than "I don't understand what is going on but I think it is bad" should keep their opinions to themselves.

It isn't a matter of being noticed though. The admins see everyone up in arms. The previous approach of aggression and anger prompted their stonewall response, ignoring any and all feedback and complaints coming their way. They're content to sit there and reassure themselves that they did the right thing from how people were treating them. It's wrong, really, but neither side is in the right on how they're behaving.

This needs to be done.

You're very good at picking up the thread at the point where it suits your position most. The "approach of aggression and anger" was in itself prompted by the exact same of arrogant, dismissive stonewall attitude which you're insinuating didn't exist beforehand - people, including myself, have tried time and time again to approach the staff in reasonable, polite, and open methods only to be met with contempt, sarcasm, and a general denial that anything is wrong in the first place.

I've never denied that the attitude didn't exist beforehand. You're putting words in my mouth. I've openly voiced my opinion multiple times on how the staff has handled things. I've even gone to them and discussed becoming transparent with the evidence after a long sit-down with @"King Boo" about solutions instead of ignorance. @Durandal watched that conversation. He knows what my approach was, and he knew it wasn't going to be well received. Guess what? It wasn't.

I did gain some ground, but continued bantering and stomping your feet isn't getting anywhere. I'll even send you that conversation. I'm unsatisfied with everyone's approach, not just a select few.
