The Freelancer Community

do not wish to fight with fighters,
they bride and hire hunters for that,
and they own only one ship, a transport

Those Freelancers are based on Planet Manhattan. They are located on a remote island at the opposite of the planet. This island is well guarded by Bounty Hunters and Freelancers. The only ones who knows this location is the Freelancer Investors, some Bounty Hunters. They bought this remote island a long time ago for their freedom. They have been breeding a small community who got respect in each other.

The objectives of those Freelancers is to invest for some Bounty Hunters in exchange of protection. It was made because those freelancers wanted people a bit more neutral than the police to protect them. They don't have enemies at the moment. They try to stay secret. They works as freelance for their family.

A long time ago some intruders came to the Island to put disorder in the community. That's when the Freelancers decided to Invest for Bounty Hunters with the money they were making by transporting passengers, VIPs and sometimes Prisoners. They asked the Bounty Hunters to protect them in this Island. But they also needed protection in space during the travel of some transporter. So they invested in two skilled pilot, John and Sam, they wanted money to create The Bounty Hunter Legion. Those pilots had to hire another pilot too, Mike Fire. They needed another leader, so Mike became a Commander. The deal was fair. The Freelancer Investors and The Bounty Hunter Legion are still having a lot of respect in each other. Now they can do their business by travelling and enjoy their freedom on the Island.

In the beginning of their creation, The Bounty Hunter Legion was having trouble to hunt the people and to get more wingmen. Knowing that, the Freelancers decided to invest in a scientific project called "CHIMP". They managed to get the DNA from skilled Bounty Hunters in exchange of money and brought chimpanzees from the island to their laboratory. With a lot of research in genetic they mixed the DNA human to the chimpanzees. After a few days they were evolving and learning faster than a human child. They became Chimps. When they started to talk, the Freelancers contacted The Bounty Hunter Legion. John, Sam and Mike came to the island and met their new companion. They learned them to fly and fight over the island. After a few weeks those Chimps were ready to hunt. Sometimes, they behave as berserker and can take down a bounty really fast. The Freelancers and the Legion was very happy of this project and sometimes they are impressed of the behaviour of the chimps. They are still evolving and now they can control their berserks and also they became really friendly and respectful.
Maybe in Future they will become independent. Who Knows ?

Now the investor are still doing the same business to earn money and they are still protected by the bounty hunter on the island and The Bounty Hunter Legion in space. Sometimes they request escort from other clan and independent Bounty hunters. They can pay a good fee for this work

Months later, Smugglers came to the Island. They disrupted all the Hunters protecting the Island. The leader of the community Jack Hilmor came to them as a diplomat. The smugglers said they would spare their lives and the Hunters if the community leave the place.
Jack decided for the good of his people to do so. He sent a message to the Captain Jeff Willdor to help him transport all the freelancer to a new place. Captain Jeff have some zoners contact on planet Gran Canaria. They can give them a place there to live.
Jeff needed a bigger ship to transport the whole community. With the money they made during those years. He bought the Luxury Liner. It is like their home now

The Bounty Hunter Legion does not exist anymore. The remaining hunter of this guild work for themselves now.

The Exodus, Captain Jeff and crew will no longer work with the Hunters.... Even the freelancers community and the Leader Jack Hilmor is fade up with their dirty work...

It is an idea to RP my char transport. The transport or freighter will carry a freelancer ID and will travel for passengers VIPs sometimes prisoners and lawful commodities
