Or Admins can allowe as Indies to Fly some Marduks for event only . . .

Sure, give people Marduks for the event only.

Well , with a little effort it can be done .
For example , i buy Marduk + CAU 6 + Full weapon , and after event Administrator simply Bastille it and refund me money i spend .
I am not saying that it is easy , just that it is possible if there is will and wish .
