Servants of the Realm,

Our assets and our people were attacked by two Zoner ships yesterday and the day before. The aggressors were part of the group that called themselves the ORIZON. Although the enemy was fought back both times with no losses on our side, we view this as an outbreak of hostilities. Thus, all assets belonging to the ORIZON are to be treated as hostile until further notice, and destroyed on sight. So far we know that their fleet consists of two Nephilim-class dreadnoughts, the Dakun and the Uzed, but there might be more ships.
The War Cabinet are working on a solution to the problem with the Confederation of Freeports.
