I feel like we understand each other on a scale that's larger than 100%. As you said - a transponder is not in itself a magic wand and placing it on something like a Gallic Royal Navy battleship will not convince anyone that it's supposed to be a Bumblebee kusari transport.

The ship practically does not exist - nobody has any technical or other data on it. Thanks to the obvious border world design and edge world engines, the few people who have ever seen it, have not noticed anything unusual about it. For all they care, it is some kind of a "custom built space truck", that has been sitting on space dock for months, due to some technical problem and poor design.

I have long since moved it from The Barrier Gate, to an even more remote location with cheaper rent for mooring. It was in need of some repairs and maintenance - the ice crystals around The Barrier had covered most of the ship, due to its extended stationary position there. It will remain in its current place until I install the modified transponder.

Which brings us to the important part now - I am hereby stating my agreement on our deal.
Awaiting your announcement of a date and place for meeting. I will be flying a Serenity type transport to keep the lowest possible profile.
I'm sure I don't have to mention this, but I will anyway - that meeting place better be far away from any living thing with eyes on it....
If ANYONE remotely connected to the Maltese nation finds out about our deal... well... how can I put it - they have certain procedures they inflict on people. And they have the means to get there. Low profile or no profile - that's how the saying goes.
