We're not pirates. We demand cargo when we see it as useful to push our industry or it's materials for our R/D.
As for the Chrysanthemums, we've not had a lot of interactions and the lack thereof lowered the reputation. It's, as with all in our diplomacy, easily repairable by further RP.
