The custom rules I am using for this character, due to its Livestream nature, are as follows:
* No Restart
* Starting Funds of 5 000 000$
* No Renames
* Multiple Ships per character allowed.
* Closed economy character - money can be transferred between ships belonging to the character only.
* Income Restrictions: Money must be made through player interaction only (Forum or Ingame).
* Ship death restrictions: Destroyed ships must be sold off on Connecticut, the received money acts as "salvage".
* Ships not belonging to Civ/BW lines must be RPed for.


Short Synopsis:

Victor, having spent his last few years flying as protection in DSE convoys, has decided that he wants to see the world and, given his basic training and background, he thinks that he has all of the necessary requirements to do so. Generally very friendly and light hearted, even as a mercenary he retains a certain direction and drive when it comes to choice of patrons - preferring the lawful side of the spectrum (so far). Victor as of now has no real direction and would rather wish to catch up on the things he often used to see on the news, though it already feels as though the mercenary life is not for him. As for where he settles down - only time will tell.

Livestreams with this character are done in the evenings at around 7:30 PM UTC
The livestream event is usually announced half a day in advance on my Channel
