Universal Shipping is placing a bounty on an Independent Pirate by the name of "Obsidian". The pilot is wanted for piracy and the destruction of Universal Shipping property. This vessel was last seen operating a Borderworld gunboat in the Pennsylvania system. Upon completion, The sum of 10 million credits will be transferred to the account of the victorious hunter. This contract can be completed up to 4 times. 1 bounty per pilot. This contract is also not available to House military or police vessels. I look forward to reading the reports. Good day.
