The Outcast ID is definitely the most versatile of the unlawful factions. Where as most others, such as Liberty Rogues, Lane Hackers, Corsairs etc., are confined to their local "house" space and bordering systems, the Outcasts basically have free reign over most of the Sirius sector. The one major exception being Rheinland space. So if you don't want to be tied down to just one area, Outcast is the way to go. But as Burning stated,,,
