During some operational activities in the New Berlin System, i was asked by the BDM agent Karl Batz on assist with the stopping of a transport vessel by the codename ArgRIB-Windlaeufer which acquired and tried to move Daumann sidearms out of Rheinland without a license required by the Rheinland law. The convoy was counting also a second transport vessel, under the flag of RS|RSD-Republican who tried to influence our activities, through verbal and physical provocations and tried to not submit to the orders of detention. After an exchange of views, the transport vessel ArgRIB-Windlaeufer was escorted to the Daumann station where he abandoned the illegally acquired weapons. Short after this incident, it turned out that the pilot who created problems and provocations RS | RSD-Republican, figures in the Rheinland criminal database for repeatedly failing to follow orders of Rheinland officers and the violation of the Rheinlander weapons law. In connection with this violations his presence in Rheinland space is and should be banned. A separate report with the details of the incident will probably be delivered by agent Batz.

Later that day operational activities indicated that another Pilot which flew a "Pelican" transport vessel with a Freelacer ID codenamed brucethecat has aquired Daumann sidearms and wanted to move them through Rheinland without possesing the proper license. I instructed the pilot to a halt for inspection near Planet New Berlin, but he did ignored my order and started to move in the direction of the Dresden Jumpgate using a tradelane, which was witnessed by a nearby minning vessel by the codename Leroy-Miner. I've started the pursuit of the suspect and ordered him twice to cut off his engines, indicating that he is carrying illegal weapons. The pilot did continue his fleeing attempt using another tradelane. When I finally managed to catch up with the suspect, he tried to fool me and started asking questions, trying to start his cruise engine. I have prevented it firing a Distruptor Missle on his engines, but despite all this, the suspect attempted to start the cruise engines once again, and forced me to open fire in order to neutralize him. Almost all the contraband was destroyed, what was recovered was returned to Daumann Heavy Constructions. Log files of the incident are attached to the report

Also a heavy Red Hessian Battleship was spotted in the New Berlin System attempting to shoot the Daumann Station "The Ring". A heavy bomber squadron was called immediately for assistance, but as they finally arrived on the place, the Battleship wasn't present on the radars anymore.
