We've detected readings from vessels carrying those callsigns, and in fact had an encounter with a group of 3 or 4 just today in the Omicron Delta system. Thankfully none of the IRG or Zoners there were harmed, but it is quite interesting t' see them that far out in the edge systems.

We'll keep gathering information and see if your report matches what we have encountered ourselves.
