Your correct it needs to be amended Xoria, no doubt there are others too such as the Xenos not demanding cargo as their ID states but fits their RP better than a cash demand that they must make if you are to go by the current rules. The rules do need some slight amendments to prevent the "loopholers" abusing them.

Mostly it's a time management issue, when the admins are around they are usually wading through a dozen rule violations that pop up when they are absent. In your position as an angel you could help them by PM'ing any revisions you see, I am sure they would consider your point of view.
