Personal Entry: A.Cromwell (08/08/823 A.S)

Before the camera appeared a rather frustrated and exhausted looking figure. Amy didn't seem like she'd had the best couple of days, the whole motion of sitting down was filled with rage. As she sat down, various scars and grazes across her face became visible - also a large bandage across her shoulder. Though for once she wasn't dressed in her usual attire, instead she wore a black tank top and trousers as opposed to her short-shorts and shirt - Probably because of the injuries. There was no sign of her usual weaponry either.

"You know what. I've about had it with people around here. The past couple days have been an absolute nightmare, I'm so paranoid about things now I've been going over all of the ship procedures. That takes hours, by the way. Ugh. Why can't we get people who aren't completely off the rails to help us fight the Nomads, seriously. Is that too much to ask? - I need a break. Look at me. I've not slept in 48 hours and the paperwork in here is building up from all the travelling. Not only that, I got into a scrap in Coronado today and as a result I got my Jackdaw all busted up. My first officer keeps pestering me when I keep telling him I'm fine. I just slipped up is all, I'm exhausted for gods sakes. It was to be expected eventually. Ugh whatever."

She fell quiet, resting her head in her hands, revealing the back of her hands were grazed also.

"I thought that..well. Everything was okay. But it really..really isn't. Two incidents in one day are seriously pushing me to breaking point - I've been on station for god knows how long. I can't sleep. I've had Nesrin damn near drag me to hell and back and Foulke managed to put himself in the infirmary on the Eidolon - Again. Infected Agents and Order are crawling out of the wood work and today I discovered an Order Battleship was in Coronado! - Thank god for Hunt. "

"I would never have known, Titania won't survive a direct engagement with a Battleship. Old girl doesn't have it in her..why does nobody tell me anything for gods sakes!. We've moved deeper into the Barrier, but it's seriously costing us running at full capacity around the clock. Around 4 am we had a main turbine failure. Blew it right out the side of the ship - cooling system couldn't keep on top of the amount of energy we're using here. Just as I was drifting off to sleep too, so once again I'm up and composing this entry. " She sighed quietly "I think I'm going to ask Aidan if he can help me run things around here. I can't do it myself - There's no denying this anymore."

"Anyway. Yesterday we ended up rolling into Kansas, it's funny how things that start off simple turn out to be a shambles. So that was fine, we ran into this mad scientist who didn't seem to make any sense at all. I couldn't figure it out, eventually I vanished off from the bridge to chill out while Nesrin sat and spouted foolish suggestions. - Figured it would be better than ordering CiC to wipe that know it all outta the sky. Yes, I've gained a bit of a hatred for that one recently. Especially considering an incident that happened later, I'll get to that soon...Don't worry about that.."

"- So that was fine. We tailed it around, Raven popped some warning shots etcetera. So not long after; Foulke suddenly vanishes off comms and we had to send out a system wide search party. Honestly the guy cracks me up, for a military going guy, he's certainly easily influenced by the Nomadic entity we're trying to extinguish. We found him, sure. But now he's supposedly in a coma. I'm totally against that one even flying near me now. If he's that easily influenced then I don't want to know. Got enough to worry about without adding that liability to the list. - Though it does leave me with concern, Kansas, as much as I hate to admit it. Does things to people, legitimately it does. I've seen people go in there and never come back. I don't dare linger in there with the Titania. System scares me a little actually.."

-Titania II in a defensive pattern around the Eidolon Wraith and supporting ships (Target vessel in close proximity)-

"Anyway. We managed to recover Foulke in the end, this entry is going to be sort of large so I'll see about adding the communication log later. Later that day a new Initiate brought something to my attention. It was in fact a vague transmission from Nesrin - as annoyed as I was at the time. I took lead and led myself and the Initiate out to Omicron Kappa. What an escapade that was, had to track Nesrin like I used to with Hunt.

-A Cromwell (Codename Katana) in Sigma 17 on the trail of Nesrin Khan-

"It felt a little nostalgic actually, but didn't have time to think about it. We got there and the Order shows up, very convenient isn't it. Following a brisk conversation we left in a hurry. Though I admit I might have blown a gasket on the way back. But can you blame me? The amount of crap this life has thrown at me recently is relentless. But seriously I don't know what's up with her recently, but somehow Nesrin is even more unbearable than she usually is. Despite this I followed what I do best, protocol and precision. I personally ensured we outran the other Order operative deliberately hunting us and also made a backup plan if things went south. I do believe the Initiate would have followed my instructions to the letter, this at least I take some comfort in supposing I was killed in action at the time.."

Communication Node Recording 08-08-823 A.S

"She seems to think I need help. But whatever. I'm past caring, despite what happens I won't let her do something to endanger the Battlegroup. I just simply will not allow it. She can shove her pride and ego. I act according to my own personal rules and my ability to keep people from getting killed - I'll do that till one of these Nomad scumbags somehow gets lucky and blows me outta the sky. Ohoho..I welcome it. Come and get me you abominations..please just erase me from existence, I'm tired, I'm in pain and just completely demoralised from everything that's happening. - But I know that I wouldn't give up in such a situation. I'd fight to the last round, bet your life on that, Nomad. "

Amy paused, gazing toward the shadows behind her and nodding. Clearly being spoken to by someone, she rubbed her wounded shoulder carefully before returning her soft gaze to the camera

"I hope when I die and someone goes through this diary, that they don't need to fight. Get into conflict or have to deal with anything that I have. I hope that this is a legacy to all the good I tried to do..even though now. At this moment. I sincerely doubt I make any difference at all.."

She got up and quietly left the room, the camera shutting itself off soon after.
