I and the crew of the Klaxon stand behind you. Twenty-two and a half years ago, before I held this position, the Klaxon served to maintain martial law at the behest of the infested upper echelons of the Liberty Navy. I have made sure that every single member of her crew is aware of her past. I am determined that, while she stands under my command, the Klaxon never again furthers the interests of our kind's greatest existential threat. If that means an alliance of convenience with the likes of the Lane Hackers, then so be it, but Liberty and mankind ought never be brought back to the brink.
