Xenon, please take into account that like every Rheinland faction, we are struggling to have an online presence. DHC is lacking players. When finally one of us is online, most of the time that player is alone. Setting a mining operation for large quantities is therefor quite complicated.
Moreover, when that lone player will be online, he will be looking to make credits first and it's understandable.
Also, Pavel has been our leader since years now and has been handling all the paperwork alone. It can be tiring and can kill all possible motivation. Also Pavel isn't quite fond of PoB's. Surely this isn't your fault, but it's the reality nonetheless.
Disco is not what it used to be 2 years ago, we are all suffering from it. Hardly do you see any Rheinland convoys anymore and I agree it is sad. Like said before, we are aware of your comms and aware of the astronomical delays. However, like you, we are also stuck.
