"As Volgograd's summer prepares to come to a close the Domed Cities prepare for the upcoming winter months and with that harsh snowfalls and blizzards that freeze any unprotected individual. Yet in the Kremlin building the State Duma is not discussing autumn preparation plans this session, instead the State Duma released a statement signed by the Premier on the status of the system known as 'Cayman'. A system bordering Omega-49 and long since considered a potential area of Coalition expansion after New Beijing.
The Duma voted a majority of changing the system's name to reflect it's future in the Coalition as an potential asset to the Economy and Security of the Republic's borders. The system will no-longer be recognized by the Coalition by it's house designation of 'Cayman' but will only be recognized as the Kiev System, even now maps inside the Coalition are being changed to reflect this new policy of the State Duma and the People's Public School System is now required to incorporate this name into lesson plans for relevant subjects taught.

"This change has been long overdue in my opinion, for far too long we have indulged house-aligned forces currently living in Kiev who actively work against us by referring it to their designation instead of a proper Coalition designation for a future asset.
