The sirens call was insanitable.

I went over to Rheinland to observe some Hessians causing trouble, but I dared not to interfere. Fortunately, the Hessians had lost to some ragtag Freelancers acting as defence for the structure, though, I shortly discovered that Reena was stalking me. Or just happened to be in the same place.



Or at least, that's what I originally thought.


She reappeared in Omega-3, happening to clear out some 'dark lings' as she would mark this lesser pirate as. We flew away and began to converse. I queried her, knowing that I have assisted in destroying the shell.

She ran through, I panicked and followed... I focused on the memories implanted inside of me from the mindshare, I recall this place. Oddly enough, it feels like home... Most likely because of the connected Nomads thoughts on this place. I spoke to Reena, I can 'redeem' myself whenever I want, but that is if I don't commit some form of 'sin' to them - go against them. They said to either reach out to Tolomon - High Exarch of The Oracles, or Saturnia - Keeper of Knowledge - a nomad, or someone called Haog.

In the end, I departed, I was becoming ill - sickened, weakened. My mind felt heavy upon itself - collapsing within.

Medical Log - Spiritual Serpant, 22nd of the 8th, Eight-twenty-three.

I went out on a quest to... explore some of my inner demons, confronting 'them' - they lead me to the Kansas system, the wreck that we know as the 'sacred gate'


We spoke for a while, revealing that my... energy in my brain is... slowly wittling me away. It seems to be causing effects where it is supposedly going to be causing brain death. I'll be nothing more than a mere animal within approximately five to six years, so they claim.

I inquired about solutions, as they say, it was energy made by them thus only controlled by them. I have disbeliefs that we're incapable as a species to not be able to manipulate this. I'm presented some choices here.

I can try and... experiment on myself. Or I can accept their 'redemption' and be one of them within the mindshare. Or I can wait my days out and eventually die. So far, I'm choosing to experiment on myself. 24 hours. I'm going to try and identify the energy type, waves, structure, so on, so forth.

Most curious how it hasn't affected Hunt though? Although, I have been... influenced by artifacts in the past. Perhaps we should also bring in the few sole survivors of that incident on the Wraith. I'm not sure. But for now, I'm a puppet - lingering between insanity, death and life, a hellish form of limbo.
