Does the admin handling on events need rework?

I really can't understand why this harmony event got all the attention it received. I mean there's no event request or anything for it and its still up here with 0 progress because of how bad the event is.

Can we focus on the actual events that have been long requested and have RP backing them like MRGA, Nauru, and the Tau-44 event? Or should we just never expect those to go down?

I'm quoting this from the faction leaders section since it got no attention there. Probably because the bulk of the leaders don't give a No or support these stupid events.


The harmony event and tridente blockade are both huge failures. Broken engagement restrictions in stupid systems that no one cares about, do you seriously think anyone can be bothered to go to Alaska? If you think so, the scoreboard disagrees with your opinion, no one is interested.

So im going to ask this to the community as well as faction leaders, do you want to see the real awesome big events with actual RP BACKING THEM come into play? If so spam this thread and hopefully some admins or some people that run the event system will bat an eye.

The event also had plenty of RP backing as seen here and here, the event threads were both well written with the RP scenarios in place. But it received no admin backing for what reason???????????????

Meanwhile if you bring your LIberty dreadnought to alaska and tell 5th its infected the LSF will come after you and will shoot the 5th because jayce screamed to do so in TS. Which apparently is valid RP for admin backing .


I really don't know anymore, I have zero faith that anymore fun events that are actually requested will come. This thread is sorta my final nail for this topic, if this thread dies I'm never going to bother putting in the RP for events.

So tldr whats your opinion on the quote above.
