Captain, i have spoken to the Grand Admiral. He approves of such upgrades on the Amenhotep. He seemed unaware that the Tombstone project was ready for Battleship class as he mentioned last he knew it was for the " Resheph testbed chassis". Should the upgrades not fail on the Amenhotep, this should mean the rest of the Order Fleet should receive these upgrades as well. Please get in touch with the Grand Admiral on this.
