The problem, imho, aren't the players dropping just two mandatory lines and pewing. The problem are people logging purely for the purpose of pewing and getting blues. 'cause A, this game is more, than just PvP, and B, as I said in different thread, you need two sides to have fun (unless you are the one who immensely enjois RP with himself alone), and if you're having fun on the expense of the other side, not with him/her, than you're a dick.
