Everyone gets the chance to redeem themselves. Otherwise there would still be permbans. And probation wouldn't be a thing.
Funny, i know situations about people half as bad as what spazzy did are banned now, some even tried to redeem themselves and got rejected.
You keep trying to raise hell about it, but all I remember him doing was the cap8 cloning vid so anything besides that must not have been as big a deal as you make it out to be :^)
