The Corsairs known to be one of the best engineers around Sirius, though they are more known for specializing in power output and damage of their guns. I am not sayin' they are not good, since hell they can make an engine perform extremely well in their conditions in space, but perhaps this chart will explain to you more what I have in mind:

As you can see, anything is possible, though at a cost. In the literal sense, money will cost to have more elements incorporated for the engine that you imagine. The diagram shows that if you want to have more of these three as well then the power needed, marked in yellow, will also rise. This doesn't include as well time, though you can understand this works on the same principle. You understand, right?

Furthermore, the PTE engine relies on Fusion in it's operation and specializes in efficiency and Durability, meaning in this case maintenance. You have a few options here to choose from but as a bench mark, you can see what you are asking for in the diagram already. If you want something better then we can work on increasing the efficiency, durability, change the engine type to increase performance, OR we can try to add more power in the thing. That would involve miracle work. Luckily for you, this Archangel over here knows a thing or two.
