I am not sure whether it would not be better to open the event to "better" systems.
Dresden makes sense irply, however no one logs to go to Dresden, there is no "random" encounter in Dresden.
If this event is meant to shake the server, you imo need to have: O7 and Stuttgart, and perhaps even NB there.
Home system raids always spawn an enotional response and emotions make lazy people actually play the game.
Friday, prime time, event on. 60 players.
I would say, let's try to make it bigger, more emotions, more drama, more Disco.
