Pretty much as the headline says, recently while doing my usual stuff and things in Honshu I came across this ship, obviously a Maltese constructed vessel. When I attempted to get the captain to confirm that he had obtained the vessel legally through proper channels however he simply attempted to flee repeatedly and I was forced to disable his ship.

I hope that this was the correct action and that as I had assumed from his unwillingness to respond this vessel is indeed stolen. I would also like to know how the Marauders should proceed if my assumption is correct.
