CD cloak disruption ability?

I'm not arguing with you but I gave my opinion about the charging time.

Cloaking Device Mk I charging time 3 sec only - make it 20 sec / Cloak Disruptor Type-1 - 30 sec
Cloaking Device Mk II charging time 20 sec- make it 30 sec / Cloak Disruptor Type-2 - 60 sec
Cloaking Device Mk III charging time 20- sec - make it 30 sec / Cloak Disruptor Type-2 - 60 sec
Cloaking Device Advanced Mk II - 60 sec perfect / Cloak Disruptor Type-3 - 90 sec

Its fair I guess or increase the charging time more.

If your cloak gets disrupted you MUST WAIT the whole cooldown time of the disruptor. You can not charge!
