No. Don't nerf indies for not wanting to get involved in the faction's clusterfucks. Don't take away even more freedom from them. The laws of every faction are already doing that, and the result is people simply not going to certain spaces. Yes, it would be nice if there was more RP about aquiring cloaks, but that not to discuss in this thread.
