It will be more easy to hit snubs with light mortar if it gets turret speed buff

I am sure about this: If they buff turret speed they will nerf projectile speed

Current light mortar hits gunboats and capital ships easly
Old light mortar (600ms) was missing everything (even some dreadnoughts)

Srsly it is fine
