Second, the Bustard is considered as a transport by the rules, meaning that any ID that's allowed to use transports (which is all of them, I'm pretty sure) can use the Bustard. Note it isn't really a "real" capital ship like every other "carrier" in the mod -- it has transport turrets, rather than cruiser or battleship turrets. It isn't really capable of defending itself or being used effectively in combat scenarios, so if you're planning to use it as something more than a roleplay platform, you'll be disappointed.

Actually, it does have Cruiser turrets and a battleship shield.
