It's the same for the Order/CR/5th. You did not have diplomacy change. Your ID doesn't state the line either afaik. And you're still hostile to the Government of Liberty. There wasn't any previous roleplay about allowing hostile caps into liberty, or to engage non-nomads, or for Liberty to allow foreign military in. There was no roleplay regarding the three working against non-human things whatsoever beyond receiving a notice of declaration of war. So apparently both factions are in the 'wrong' here - although there's no rule that explicitly states about diplomacy.
There is a difference between extensive RP leading to a more friendly stance, and blatant powergaming an alliance to kill a POB. A POB that was only Core 1 by the way, you really didn't need to have Core's help in the first place.
