Is it ignorant? Or is it more like what people have been brainwashed to agree to the main stream of what contemporary art is and try so hard to find something good about it, and then facing reality that it is actually just a dirty apron with paint smeared on it.

Yep. A urinal is not art but when you flip it upside down it is now a fountain! Wow!
It has the artist's signature and date on it and that is all that counts.

I see it more of a spit in the face to people that can actually create things and have talent.

Yes. Yes it is. It's the same kind of thing where people go 'Ohhh, Cartoons aren't art! Anyone can do them!' - which isn't the case.

For the example you provided, there's still technique to it. The dynamic of the fluid, the amount of motion you'll be setting on the page, how much fluid you put on, how much you'll need to shake it, etc. Infact, painting an object with only using the motion of the canvas for the paint flow would be pretty skilled.

Art can be anything. Nothing constrains it. It isn't brainwashing. Time is just changing along with people.

Sure, a lot of modern art is actually pretty blergh nowadays, and the whole 'mona lisa'-esque paintings aren't my type of attraction. Plain and simple, that's how I like my style. It's great because the mere change of some lines can change the setup and the style of a drawing. I was talking with a friend about how simply modifying one aspect makes something so much more attractive. Ironically, less detailed pictures are far more attractive to the eye, like looking at anime.
