Understanding that building a base is no small investment, it can take up alot of time and dedication from all of your pilots. With the offer you are speaking of about purchasing cloak disruptors and eventually cloaks. This we can speak about, we are always interested in these devices to work with inside of our strategies and tactics.

You are correct, there is nothing within the Crayter Laws about Nomadic equipment or tech, this is purely because we do not want to be involved with it. We have the Order within Coronado for this reason. They deal with everything nomadic so you might want to get in touch with them about that. But we do ask for licenses just for safety.

Kusari Republic Coorperations are not allowed within Coronado, you are correct here, this is purely because Kusari in it self does not like the Crayter Republic and we are un welcome within there space. Every where outside of the Barrier Rim is restricted space. This is purely for the safety of Crayterian pilots and citizens.

You speak about preferred locations, I do have a good idea where the base could be located but I would rather make that discussion over a more secure channel. You know the Lane Hackers can break these encryptions and so on.

The Crayter Movers are always looking for work, so if you get intouch with the Mover Maestro I am sure he will get some sort of contract with you and your people.
