Oh yes. And the Redemption can actually compete with the Valor (it has 6 cerbs, not 4, but it can fire maximum 5 to one direction, broadside). It's not very useful against cruisers and especially battlecruisers, though. It's big, turns slowly, doesn't have many secondaries and doesn't have a FG. I've heard that Council snubs were bad, but I'm no snub expert, so that's unconfirmed.
