Well... If the problem with the said pobby was it's location... We could always go deeper. Hessians laid a siege on it for their reasons... It was killing interactions, well maybe. It was built yet before the "core2 max in field" rule was introduced, so it wasn't a part of this rule at all. I can understand that rp standards of some part of our community can be disappointing. But the thing is... Base's relocations are really pretty much impossible. It is 'possible' by a player request, but what does the request actually mean? You need to have a good reason behind it, you need to have a lot of staff voting on it (what's taking some weeks if not months itself) and there's a high chance of being denied. The simpliest solution to Rsomething's problem would be a simple base's relocation moving it like 20k from the field to make Hessians' arguments invalid, leaving a base for Kruger| and traders also avoiding lots of toxicity within the community.
tl : dr ==> If a rule is introduced after the base is constructed, the pob should still meet the rules' limits. It may need moving from one point to another, but that's pretty much necessary. The problem is that it requires 1000000000 of staff to vote on it, delaying it for weeks if not months.
