I never realized Xenos gained terrorist rules. If they had it during my time in staff then they completely escaped my notice, meaning they did no harm. Well good for them. Suits their lore better then piracy. Glad we have precedent. I'm going to do some Xeno research thus evening. If I've been wrong, and it wouldn't be the first time I under estimated players, then there would be no reason not to turn FA, Gaians, Maquis etc into their proper roles.
