You can be a terrorist to the same extent with the ID as it is now though, just that you'd need to throw in an extra demand and engaging only when they decline it. That's for transports, though. Farmers can attack anything non-transport that's not Samura as it stands atm.

I'd very very much like to see an -actually conservative- faction appear in Kusari, though. Every faction that represented the "conservative" side of Kusari were always stupidly liberal and never reflected any of the social issues Kusari is intended to have. Even the Hogosha, supposed yakuza, have stereotypical otaku nerds flying around as henchmen and generally avoid doing anything remotely unlawful...

Can only hope you'd bring a conservative faction out, with or without the ID change. ^^
