Mathews was screwing the cover in when the alarms started to wail. "Get them out. I'll be there in a second."
Mary nodded. "Come on, we have to get the fan stopped before we can get out of here."
Hans was already at the fan, clamping down the mag-lock so the fan was stopped. Him, Patrick and James then fired the mag-clamps to the walls of the tub and attached the wires to their harnesses. Mary joined up with them then.
"Out of time. Let's get going." She too fired the mag-clamp onto the wall.
James grabbed one of the female dragons. "Ladies first." With that, he hit the auto-winch and the pair went up. The others started grabbing dragons and pulled them up as well.
Mathews appeared at the shaft. "Those guys are pissed. They got soldiers with all kinds of lethal looking toys back there." He fired his mag-clamp too, and grabbed Silver.
"Hope you don't mind being hugged. It's the only way your getting that far up." The auto-winch was hit, and up they went. You could see the stars above through the small-ish looking hole that they had carved through the cover.
