Ships & Selling Location Adjustments

Hey everyone,

Knowing that it is virtually impossible for developers to account for everything all the time, let this thread serve to suggest selling location adjustments for some ships.

NOTE: This also helps to avoid the often questionable but very often justifiable decision of buying the ship with a FL ID and then switching (sometimes back) to the ID that did not have landing/docking rights on the selling location.

Ship: Falcon (Civilian HF)
Current Selling Locations:

-Misuto Base (Wild)
-Austin Depot (Universal; Legal)
-Planet Stuttgart (Rheinland Police; Lawful)
-Planet Los Angeles (Liberty Police; Lawful)
-Planet Miura (GMG; Legal)
-Battleship York (Bretonia Armed Forces; Lawful)

Adjustment Recommendation: Add more selling locations to benefit illegal/unlawful factions.
Recommendation Rationale: The Falcon is a lighter alternative to the Eagle, and it should be as universally available as the Eagle, if not more so (being lighter and cheaper to produce).

Ship: Sutinga (Renzu Generic VHF)
Current Selling Locations:

-Planet New Tokyo (Kusari Police; Lawful)
-Roppongi Station (Interspace; Legal)
-Waterloo Station (Interspace; Legal)

Adjustment Recommendation: Add more selling locations to benefit illegal/unlawful factions.
Recommendation Rationale: The Renzu shipline has been present for a while and it has certainly been sold to unlawful parties, reflected even in its description (and in old RP).
