I'm not sure if Kusari has a trade faction like RepEx, because they trade and fight, just like what you wanted. You can have a trader and a fighter in that faction, but a trader and a cap ship in the same faction most likely won't work. And no faction will let you fly a cap ship right off the bat, maybe after half a year or probably more once you've worked up in the ranks.
