Or should he take an indirect route explaining his reasoning that builds up to an answer? To much information may only raise tempers. Alexei says: "I would most definitely bring the artifact to my superiors within the Revolutionary Army. The Army will decide whether they require assistance from the Order. And the Ministry of Truth can decide whether or not the existence of the artifact should become public knowledge if the Army decides to disclose any information."
